The Bent Creek is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. It has extensive outdoor space for walking, running, or biking in the majestic Blue Ridge mountains. The cottage is situated in the west Asheville area, tucked into a private neighborhood on a dead end road.

The Cottages sit on one acre of land with open space between the cabins allowing safe places for kids to play or to walk your pet. Here, you’ll be pleased to relax & enjoy the world class attractions of the Asheville area.

You are just minutes from America's favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour … just about any outdoor activity! You’ll enjoy being close to downtown Asheville with its first-rate restaurants, shopping, galleries, spas, and entertainment.

The Bent Creek is located 7 miles from downtown Asheville, 10 miles to Asheville Regional airport, and 7 miles to the gates of Biltmore Estate. Convenient and within less than 2 miles of restaurants, shopping and more.

Standard minimum rental: 2 nights

*3 night minimum required for all holidays, special events and the month of October.
These observed holidays and occasions are subject to holiday rates: New Years, MLK weekend, President's Day weekend, Valentines, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

  • $145 Cleaning Fee:
    Our cleaning fees ensure we provide the highest level of service and cleanliness. We offer a pristine environment for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses many other vacation homes.

  • Current local tax rate is 13%

  • $300 refundable security deposit (Held with credit card; NOT charged up front)

pets:

The Bent Creek is pet friendly and we allow up to 2 dogs with a pet fee of $100 per stay. There is plenty of outside space for you to walk your pet on a leash. We do ask that you pick up after them and pet waste bags are provided.

Please let us know if you are bringing your furry family member with you. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your security deposit. Please note that doors are monitored by security camera for security and safety.

Extra amenities and Details:

Guest amenities include hot tub, gas grill, hair dryer, complimentary basket of snack items, with coffee and tea assortment, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, air conditioning and parking for 2 vehicles.

The Asheville Luxury Cottages includes The Bent Creek, The Rosewood, The Blue Ridge and The Laurel. Reserving a combination of these cabins or all of them is an ideal option for larger groups who would like both privacy and to be close together!
