Asheville Luxury Cottages Pet Policy

We are pleased that we can provide pet friendly lodging to our guests in our Asheville Luxury Cottages.

Dogs are accepted in all cottages – 2 dogs per cottage with a $100 pet fee for the stay.  We do not accept cats in any rental due to allergies.   

​Pet Polices and Provisions:

• Registered Service and ESA Animals are always allowed; please provide email documentation of your pet’s certification.

• We provide a bowl, treats, blankets to cover couches, dog towels, dog waste bags and an outdoor space for dog walks.

• We do not provide dog beds, nor do we allow dogs on the beds.  If your pet likes to sleep with you, please bring your own bedding, and place ours in the closet. Dog hair on the bedding will incur a $50 charge.

• Use pet towels or paper towels to dry wet fur and feet. Bath towels used on pets will result in a $25 replacement fee.

• Our outdoor space is used by all our guests.  Please be courteous to other guests and pick up after your pets, and please be respectful of our homes.

• A pet waste station is located in the open common area near the apple tree.

• Pets must always be leashed when outside. Other pets or children may be outside.

• Pets are expected to be current on shots and have flea protection.

• If your pet sheds excessively, or extra cleaning is required due to pet stains or odor, there may be an extra charge.

• Be considerate of neighbors who may be disturbed by barking.

• We don’t require that dogs are crated while you’re away; but you know your pet best. As a pet owner, you are responsible for damages caused by your pet. ​Please inform us so we can have repairs made.

• We reserve the right to charge for damage repairs caused by your pet.

​Asheville Luxury Cottages and its owners do not assume responsibility for pets.  When in violation of these Pet Policies, guests may be asked to leave and/or charged additional fees.
